SEST2022 – International Conference on Smart Energy Systems and Technologies

From Sep 5 until Sep 9 Ananya Kuri and Christian Scheibe from EES joined the 5th International Conference on Smart Energy Systems and Technologies. The conference was held in Eindhoven, the Netherlands where engineering has a long tradition, bringing up companies like Philips. Ananya Kuri started her paper presentation regarding Converter Modeling Aspects at the Boundary between EMT and RMS domain on Monday morning and Christian followed up talking about his publication on Real Time Co-Simulation of Electromechanical and Electromagnetic Power System Models. Later on Monday the welcome reception took them to the local uni’s audimax where students showed a robotic football team. The conference proceeded and on Tuesday the gala dinner was held in an old fabrication building, now housing an art gallery. On the third day, the conference concluded with the participants leaving for their homes.
